What is the warranty on your watches?
All our watches benefit from a warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years (see technical sheet of each watch) covering technical defects related to the mechanism and the watch in general. Damage related to improper use or accidents is not covered. For more information please consult our dedicated page .
If there is a problem within 90 days of purchase, returns are free.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches have different waterproof ratings. You can check the specifications of each model on their product sheet. Please note that models classified as water resistant (3ATM / 30 meters) are not suitable for underwater activities.
Where are your watches made?
Our watches are assembled in China and are mostly equipped with Japanese movements known for their reliability and precision. This manufacturing choice allows us to guarantee excellent value for money while working with high-quality components. We work with suppliers selected for their expertise, thus ensuring that each watch undergoes rigorous control at each stage of production.
Orders
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us immediately via our email address: contact@astralparis.com or via our contact page . We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You have the possibility to cancel or modify your order before its shipment. To do this, please contact us quickly by email at contact@astralparis.com. After this period has passed, you will have to wait for the receipt of your order to initiate a return procedure.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as ApplePay.
Are my payments secure?
Yes, all payments made on our site are secured thanks to advanced encryption systems guaranteeing the confidentiality of your data.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
We generally ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours and then take 6 to 8 working days to deliver to you in mainland France.
Which countries do you ship to?
As a young brand, we currently deliver mainly to mainland France in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders in mainland France.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time via our order tracking page .
Returns
What are your return conditions?
You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided that the product is new and unworn in its original packaging.
How to make a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@astralparis.com with your order number. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Are returns free?
Returns are free in mainland France if the return is initiated within 90 days of receipt of the product.
What is the time frame for accepting returns/refunds?
The processing time for your return is 15 days. The refund amount will be credited directly to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

What should I do if I have a problem with my watch?
In case of a technical problem with your watch, contact our after-sales service at contact@astralparis.com . If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will organize a repair or exchange.
How do I set my watch?
A user guide is included with each watch to help you correctly set the time and other functions. If you need further assistance, we are at your disposal.
How do I adjust my watch strap?
All our models are equipped with adjustable and adjustable bracelets. Consult the product instructions or contact our after-sales service for more advice.
